Hi poodle. Yah same here it's already decision made in ecas. Last week I receive AIP and interview appointment at the same time. You will receive it soon. I believe that it depends on the CIC office that will conduct your interview.

The best browser to use for cic website is Internet explorer. Even if we have 2 laptops, if we need to send application to My CiC we went to a library just to use Internet explorer. Hope this helps :)
