Yes. I have got two separate PP request for me & my wife. There can be some online glitch. Since online applications are processed at Ottawa, you can send email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca. If you are lucky, you will get case specific answer. CIC tracking system & helpline really bad >:(
