    I think they will only give you 60 or 90 days. not sure if it's 60 or 90 days. I included my PCC from my home country in my first submisison. You need your PCC from your home country as this is one of their requirements or they using it in the later stage.

    They will send you a mail that require you to send your additional documents(FBI, PCC, etc). In my case, it happened after a week of receiving my AOR and medical.

    I did mine in Cincinnati. THey sent my apllication after a day. I did it on Wednesday and they sent it on Thursday afternoon. Name is Dr James Lutz. It's not covered by any insurance though. You have to pay in Cash. I paid $325 fro myself. Good luck!

    Yes, I did not send my birth certificate and FBI when I sent my initial application to CIC. Right now, already got my FBI and will notarized my birth certificate tomorrow.

    Got a mail today from CIC. They want me to send additional documents FBI, Birth Certificate and RPRF for CAD$490.

    Got letter from CIC to send additional documents. FBI, Birth Certificate, etc. Also, I got my medical at Cincinnati by Dr James Lutz. They were really helpful and sent my physical exam a day after. It only costs me $325.
