Just an update guys - one of my frnd who has the same timeline as me received MR, RPRF and additional docs request at the same time - so it brings me some hope and for all others hang it there..!! Im also waiting n waiting...!!!

So today I received a request for new PCC as the old one was dated Jan-2014. I have got 60days to submit the same.

Friends I asked my representative to apply for GCMS n he said that GCMS request was sent on 6th Jan '2015. But when I followed with him he said that notes haven't been received yet..!! Wth - does anyone of u recently applied for GCMS n had same amount of delay from CiC?

@CECnew - what is the date u submitted application?

I was in the same boat last year - I emailed CIC regarding sending te new form bt they said that they wnt accept it an appl wil be returne back. My 2 cents will be to prepare the appl package again n send it to CIC again as te previous package will b returned fr aure - why to wait for 2 months...

Sry to hear about that but probably you can help me - what is specifically damaged in your psprt? mine psprt also had a small damage done by US brder security - they wantd to tear off the old I94 bt with tht they snappd a little piece o papr frm psprt - hwever tht page didnt hav any stamped visa...

who signed on the reference letter that you provided to CIC? was that on the company letter head? what apart from the reference letter did you provide? what is your NOC code.

@vmehndi: what is your NOC? the original letter on Indian letterhead is dated as?

How to check the so called "file transfer" date? ECAS only shows "application received"
