My sister got the same request for fingerprints after all the verification were done. Her status was changed from completed to in process as well. She submitted the fingerprints and her status changed back to completed again in two weeks.

Guess What, after reading the post from Sylvain, I tried logging into the ECAS system. It shows my application was received on July 19, 2019. I did not receive any AOR email from them, checked my spam too.
