Hi yes, my husband lived in Dubai for 9 months and also he has a US visitors visa when he was in Canada - so we went down to the US like 30 or so times to do grocery shopping, get gas, do shopping etc. so it seems to have delayed everything while they check up on that...

I didn't even know you would have to do two interviews!! holy crap... what is the admissibility interview? How is that different that the eligibility interview? I don't get it.... I thought they just do 1 interview if they question the legitimacy of a marriage ?

My husband's has been "in progress" since Feb 2014 - we are still waiting a DM... I ordered the notes but there is a delay with those as well due to the volume of requests- we have been waiting over 60 days for the notes... trying to keep a smile on my face but this process is horrible..

Our age difference(8years)/culture difference were the main reasons for the interview... but other than that I think a major delay was the strike Immigration went on, we got caught in a 6 month delay due to that.. and I think my husband just has the worst luck ever when it comes to immigration...

Our interview was in February 5, 2014 - and we were approved but my husband had to re-do his medical & India/Dubai PCC, we didn't get the request letter until March 10, 2014, my husband sent everything in to Immigration on March 18, 2014...
