Another question regarding the required documents. Is a photograph of the passport okay? It says either scanned or electronic copy, and there is nobody I know with a scanner.

Just to clarify - the passport we use for stage 1 doesn't have to be the one that's valid until the day after the scheduled departure, right? If successful in stage 1 I could just get a new passport after that to use for CIC.
