Thank you.. I am really hoping they will send it today I didnt send them copy of my tickets but told them in my e-mails so I`m hoping they actually read it.

Hello everyone, Did anyone received an e-mail saying "Your passport is still in our office and in queue to be returned shortly. Further updates are not available at this time." If so how long did it take to get your passport and when was your travel when you received this e-mail.

I sent them an e-mail telling I have a flight on saturday and conference on next week. On monday they said there is a delay but now they are saying it is in queue. Do they send it only in the morning or do they send it in the afternoon as well?
