Hello, I applied on Oct. 9th from California, U.S. Two weeks passed and still waiting. Right now the online processing time shows 50 days. My trip will be delayed if that is true. If you have received passport request message, could you share your timelines and application location? Thanks.

The website said they are now processing application submitted on Aug. 23.... I submitted on line application on the same day as you and still waiting for any message. That's good you already got the message.

I don't think you need pay any fee. You just need to enclose a paid envelope. By the way , when did you submit your online application?

Looks like online applicationi on Sep 11 was processed. I wonder why the website processing times shows that they are working on applications submitted on Aug 23. Very confused!
