My passport is valid until November 2018, and they issued work permit until October 2017. But I`m hoping to get my PR by then anyways! :)

I got my OWP!!!! My friend called me this afternoon, because I gave her address! I'm so happy! It took 110 days from the day I sent the papers (July 4th-October 21st)! Good luck to everybody who is waiting! :)

I called CIC today, they said it takes 4 months for OWP. :(

Do you know when they sent the application? I think before it took less time, now, of course, it's getting longer and longer...

So I just called CIC, they said it takes 'good 4 months' for the OWP, and that I should call back around November 15th! :'(

I tried today but couldn't get through. I'll try on Monday. I was scared to call before, in case they tell me they didn't even look at my application, and then I would feel even worse. :)
