Sorry to hear about ur rejected. U are eligible for OWP - spousal. TRV is a rejection most of the times. Since you have already waited so long. I would suggest, let ur Husband get his woork permit extended and then you apply for OWP -S. Most likely u will get it. Thanks, Ben
