Hi How the Back ground checks will be done by CIC after getting PER for FSW 2013. do we have to stay at office when they arrive ? . how exactly it is down for FSW'2013. what if we left that company or on holidays.....then is it a big problem ?

How exactly are Back ground checks done after receiving PER ? my previous employer is really bad at giving reference also not happy to do so for me.......Is it in still practice for FSW 2013,that local VO's to recheck the PER points initially evaluated by CIC ?

I am worried, even I haven't received my application back, I don't understand what would have happened. so, what would be the best way to contact them - by phone or email ???
