Lol. I know who the decision makers are, I meant - even if CHC is working today our passports won't be dispatched today as VFS is closed. Also just so you know, its safe to assume that CHC will also be closed when VFS centers are closed.

I just spoke to VFS Canada helpline, they say that the VFS office in New Delhi is closed. so irrespective of High Commission working or not working today, there won't be any passports coming out of New Delhi because VFS office is closed.

But under SPP you are required to show semester wise marks sheet and Open univeristy students just have a consolidated marksheet. Won't that be a problem.

Hi, I just wanted to check if its safe to apply for visa under SPP category, using the SWIFT copy of the wire transfer made for college fees as college is taking upto 3-4 working days to send in an acknowledgement. My consultant says this is possible. Thanks.
