anyone who gets his/her file number can apply for an open work permit untill CIC arrives to ts decision... Plus on top of that TRV will be issued for the same time frame as is the open work permit.... only visa posts outside canada can issue a TRV exception beiNG CPP-Ottawa

you should be okay as long as its only Latent TB... I heard someone with the same problem... CIC took little bit longer to arrive to its decision but at the end it was duly approved... They will take their good time thats all...

what time did you receive this email ? what does it say on your ecas ?

I know that their email when they send RPRF says something like this "Your Application was found eligible", But can they call the employer to verify experience after RPRF too or in other words can they reject an application based on eligibility even after RPRF too ?
