Hi, I am a 7th May Applicant , I haven't received PER mail yet. My online status of application is "in-progress" for more than a month now. What is the reason of not receiving PER? , can I check by calling CIC ?

order of forms: your photos and DD (if applicable) should attach to font of checklist by paper clip, checklist is the front page, other forms will follow based on sequence in the checklist itself. no need to put any extra form if not applicable.

some applicants can check it if they have last year's UCI number, my application was returned last year because of CAP reached, so I found UCI written on my application, for first time applicants this is not possible.

My online status changed to "in-progress" , although I haven't received the PER yet. So what does this means ?

Even if it is not acceptable to CIC it will not be cause of rejection... stay chilled. ;D
