Share ko lang about sa paghingi ng extension sa CEM.. Nakahingi kami ng extension sa 30 days deadline nila para sa additional documents. Ang tagal kasi ng police clearance sa SG.. Finill-up ko lang ung web form na to and nagattach din nung scanned claim form with the date kung kelan pwdng...

Had my medical exam sa IOM.. Usual lang naman gagawin, blood extraction -no fasting required urinalysis chest x-ray physical assessment After nun, contact daw sila para icheck kung nasubmit na after 21 working days.. So matagal tagal pa pala ang result..

hello po.. for my case, sinama ko po ung baptismal certificate ng mother ko kasi hnd clear ung NSO nya.. not sure po dun sa wrong spelling kung kailangan pang kumuha ng notaryo.. ung high school diploma no need na pong isubmit.. ung board rating at prc certificate, no need narin po ata.. pero...

I have a question regarding the documents checklist. If i did not include my police clearance in the package, do i have to leave the checkbox blank? Put an X mark or write N/A?

Sa mga hnd po sinama ung nbi clearance sa application, nagattach pa po ba kayo ng letter with explanation..? Sa documents checklist ba ay lalagyan mg X mark? Salamat!
