If you read the requirement it says either INCOME TAX RETURN of PROOF of PAYMENT of YOUR COMPANY FOR YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY or SSS. A contract will not be considered. Only Certificate of Employment, proof of income or pay slip, and ITR/SSS proof of payment by your company.
