The email should be disregarded till further instructions from LVO. You should raise CSE ASAP regarding the same

I would recommend you to get FBI certificate now as there is no harm in getting it. Visa officer may ask you to submit FBI certificate even though the stay was less than 6 months. Getting FBI certificate is a lengthy process of 6-8 weeks. Visa officer requested us to submit the same although...
