Boys Does Local VO acknowledge receipt of additional documents & Request for Permanent Resident Fee Receipt? Its been few weeks my additional documents received by local VO but complete silence. Any words of wisdom?

I've been told by few Forum members that RFPRF receipt is not acknowledged by Local Visa office, nor does ECAS Status line changes to reflect the same. If that is true, how come few applicants on the spreadsheet have reported it received at Local VO(s).
