No signature needed and if I were you I wouldn't be changing my address at this stage in the process. I changed my address one month prior to ppr and guess what, cic still mailed the copr to the old address.
Yes we also paid through the bank. Though they never informed me that the payment was received but then I got passport request 2 weeks after sending them the payment so it was good I didn't wait for them to ask for it and getting a passport request obviously shows that it was received.
This was what I did also. I made the payment before they ask for it which I believed saved me extra months of delay. The only difference was I scanned and e-mail the receipt to both Ottawa and Mississauga so the original I kept in case they claim not to get it.
Landed :-* :-* :-*and also got a miracle importation for my car. Though my car is already here in Canada but I had it on goods to follow and to my surprise the officer decided to import it right away since I had my title with me. I thought I was suppose to fax it to the U.S side 72hrs before...
My address changed after the fact, so I don't think that really matter. But to answer your question my ecas changed to DM a week after ppr. Got ppr June 28, DM July 5, copr was mailed out July 8 and received in Canada July 17.
I emailed them for updates and got a response 2 days later that it was mailed on July 9. Though I kinda knew they must have mail it out when my ecas changed to decision made a week after ppr.
Also received mine just now though it was mailed to my old address even though I had changed my address months ago to my new place. Thank God I have a friend that lives there and saw the mail just sitting on the counter like a junk mail...Well, am glad to be done with CIC.
December applicants, has anyone receive copr from Ottawa mailed to them in Canada lately? If so, how long did it take? I would think mails within Canada shouldn't take forever to reach its destination. Oh Canada :o
. Was your copr mailed to you in Canada? and if so how long did it take to get to u?

That should be it, and I would expect at least 2 weeks for snail mail. One of the emails we received when we sent an email...
