Hi, My ecas hasn't been updated to "in process". According to the gcm generated on June 12th 2013, application status was updated to "in progress" on may10th 2013. Thanks Karn.

Thanks. I hope they won't take too long now. I still don't get why my file was at CIO and not Ottawa till may 1st. I got Aor in January and medical exam was done on Feb 6th. No update after 24th march when ecas changed to "medical recieved".

Is your security checks still not in progress? On the first page of gcms it says application status "in progress" and date updates may 10th 2013. Does it mean the file went in process on may 10th? I don't think file in progress necessarily mean they have started processing it. Thanks Karn

Hey Ravi Did you order the second set of gcms to find out whats going on buddy? They sent rprf request to a bunch of people on June 18th. I paid it back in April so I didn't get any update at all. I mean there are only few people whose application hasn't even gone in process. I still don't know...

Its been 8 months exactly since file was received by CIO. Ecas still not updated to "in process". So frustrated.

Hi sarayu Date generated is June 12th 2013. File transfered to ottawa may 5th. Application status "in progress". It say the secondary offices are CIO and Detroit which is really weird. Thanks
