That is wrong. Check the Citizenship and Immigraiton Committee meeting minutes for April 3. You will see that they have already schedule the study of the bill begin on April 28, dedicating a total of 5 meetings for it, as well stating how many witness each party can call in.

I agree with Akroom. For those from Toronto, there is a similar hunt for lawyers on the forum. It would be great if anyone who has actually done this advise us of his experience, name of lawyer, and cost.
