Until you are not the victim and lost 10,000 of dollars. System is not perfect and international students do get screwed in every university even if it is a small amount but university is never a victim. They always make money.

That still does't make the university good. Screwing even 1% international students is bad. Accountability should be there. News article is not about the happy international students but about who have been the victim. I have to ask if you even read the news article before commenting?
