I printed pictures on the same paper I used for the rest of the app printing and photocopies of documents. For the passport photos I included those loose.

Different applications take differing periods of time depending on circumstances of applicants, Visa Office processing the application, etc.

I think it's hard to say because of the new 'conditional' PR rules, there's not a lot of examples to compare to yet! Does your partner have an agreement from their employer to transfer to the Toronto Office?
