Mysteka - For those FSW applicants with AEO who are already working in Canada and have their visa office in Ottawa, do you think its best to also apply for CEC (have anyone in this group applied for CEC as well?). Seems like Oct/Nov 2012 CEC applicants have started getting medicals.

As I understand upfront medical is possible. However since the results are valid for only 1 year, we risk doing the medicals again if CIC does not instruct us specifically to do the medicals. I am optimistic though that we all should receive medicals this year. At least some of the NDVO members...

You can work and live in Canada based on a valid work permit but cannot travel outside Canada as you do not have a valid visa to enter Canada

Bridging Work permit is a good option. Obtaining LMO nowadays is not a easy task.
