I tried calling them sometime back but said they do not have any information. However, some people in the forum got some answers from them. So were trying to know how to approach them . I am currently based in toronto.

Probably you misuderstood my case. The NDVO sent my spouse an email saying "Please find attached document for correspondence .... and they didn't attach any document to the mail. I am trying to get in touch with them so that they can resend the email with the attachment.

Following are my timelines : Application Received on 28th Feb, 2013 Application Transferred to India on March 27th, 2013 Mail received from NDVO (without attachment) : April 18th [Most probably it was PPR looking at the trend in this forum] Raised a case enquiry on May 15th

Lately, I sent a case inquiry to NVDO. Does any body have experience with case inquiry? In how many days do they revert after submission of inquiry?
