    IF you are asking about the INTAKE office then yes you are right but if you are considering the nominee province, then you might be wrong. Central Canadian applicants also getting their pps back.

    Yeah wait till the last day of your work permit for your passport. If it doesnt come then you should apply for extension on the basis of your pr file in process. Just to be on a safer side. Bcz last time my wotk permit was expired and i was screwed up too

    Does this mean the visa office may return your passport without visa too?? Why they might wanna do it? If they dnt want to issue visa what do they ask for the passport for? And if they give some reason that isnt a result of your case/medicals or your history then they should stop issuing visas...
