I have friends applied for EE and they are in security check for a year! So not guaranteed you wont have a security check in EE

I received the same request 3 months ago, haven't received anything after that. It may delay the PPR

Let at least pass 20 months. 1-2 months delay is normal for CIC. Still lots of applicants from Sep 2016 and before that are waiting.

Those inland applicants who passed 18 months, It is better to talk to your MP and let them know about the delay in the application. I'm Nov 2016 applicant and going to see my MP next week

Just called CIC, the agent said the security is in progress by the third party and we cannot give you a timeline except the average 18 months! Nov 16, 2016 OINP applicant

It was "additional documents are required". a couple of days after uploading the documents changed to NA!

Nov 16 applicant, got resume/CV request on March 9th . uploaded the document, and now my CIC has been changed to: Review of additional documents Not applicable. Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
