Have you been waiting 1 month for FBI PCC or to hear from CIC since submitting FBI PCC?

So CIC requested FBI PCC. How long will it take to get the LOI after I submit the clearance certificate? Thanks!

OMG!!! Another 2-3 weeks?!?!?!!! I sure hope not.... This is taking sooo long.

I'm currently residing in the U.S.

I know there was another person on this forum who was from Germany as well. He got his LOI already though. So I don't know of any other ones... I wish I would though to see if this is the norm or a special circumstance.

Did you submit to IEC or CIC on February 6th? I got the same kind of response when I emailed CIC Germany....

I've been waiting since February 21st to hear back from cic.... you're not alone. Let me know when you hear anything.

It's gonna take 6 weeks to get an FBI report... Definitely gonna get one. I've already been waiting for 6 weeks to hear from cic. Will I not get the LOI until I get an fbi report?

It's killing me.... The timeliness of 6 weeks for cic is pretty much done... So i have been living in the US for the past 5 years but I am a German citizen. So I submitted a German police certificate but not a US one. I read more and more about ppl needing police certificates from countries...

Did you submit any other police certificates in addition to the one from Germany? Still waiting for any kind of response...

When did you apply to CIC?

wow......... 2 weeks?!?!?!! At that point I hopefully have the LOI in hand.... That is sooooooo long... I mean come on ppl... 30 days are past...

What number can I call? The regular main call center number can't be reached from the U.S. .... I'm anticipating to start my job in Canada this upcoming Monday.... but no word... I emailed CIC hoping for some kind of a response. The number in New York is just a voice system telling you that...

For me it has been over 1 month now.... submitted CIC on February 21st.

As far as I know the IEC applications are processes in New York at the Consulate General of Canada. Their phone number is (212) 596-1628. If you do call them let me know if they give you any useful information.

I was in the U.S. at the time I applied for IEC. I'll definitely keep you posted. So they mail the letter rather than upload a PDF to the site? Where do they mail it? Mailing address or Permanent address? My current lease is up soon so my address will be changed if it does not arrive in...
