Looking for suggestions Applied for supervise for my parents. Applied - 25 January 2024 Medical was done- 29 Biometrics updated- 02 February 2024 Medical still not updated on the files. Still says “No medical needed at this time…….” Do they ask for medical or it get automatically updated once...

So Frustrating. Applied online for Visitor Visa on July 7th. No Updates yet. Any suggestion on how to contact .its been more than 45 days and the processing time is only 33 days. please help
