    Mexico

No, I didn't have any unpaid Mexican credit cards. I closed my HSBC visa card, I made sure to leave it at 0. I don't think they have the capability to check Mexican debt, though.

Record in USA affect on Spousal PR from within Canada?*complicated,PLZ advise*

The problem is he's been caught doing something illegal (and served time for it) no matter where the offense took place at. And worse, it's in the police record (FBI no less). I would consult with an immigration lawyer before applying.

Leaving Canada During Inland Spousal Application? - important!

In-land you are not allowed to leave, that's why it's called inland. If you wanna go for the weekend somewhere on vacation or whatever, apply outland.

In Canada landing without an Immigration Visa stamp on passport?

I landed in-land and the officer did not stamp my passport either. No issues in obtaining documents without it for me.

Then you wait, and wait and wait until they contact you.

FINALLY GOT PASSPORT REQUEST!!!!!!!!!! Now what??

They're asking for the passport, not if you are from visa-exempt country or not. No experience with Tel-Aviv but in the Mexico City embassy if you show up with the passport in the morning, you get it back in the afternoon.

Just Landed 2 months ago my wife the sponsor wants a divorce.

This case is very interesting indeed. The sponsor is the one who wants to divorce, not the PR. This one is the other way around. Showing that indeed PRs are also vulnerable, not just the sponsors... I hope you find a way to move on from these devastating circumstances. Good luck and that's how...

    Re Apply or Appeal ?

No. You are the first case I've ever read of someone re-applying outland and get approved the second time around. I know of cases who applied inland, got rejected, then applied outland and got approved. Congrats!

Applying Inland and Submitting a Open work Permit, whos done it?

Only they know what happens on each case, which I'm sure is different from one to the next. It appears that you'll be under what they call 'implied status' and therefore the work permit will dictate when your status expires. You can ask your lawyer these questions and get a better answer. They...

option c printout - explanation of its absence

How about calling CSA and ask?. I'm sure they'll give you the right answer to that. But as far as I know, in Canada even if you don't have income in a year, you still have to file taxes and report 0 income. Therefore, as long as you have filed taxes for the current year, the printout will be...

Applying Inland and Submitting a Open work Permit, whos done it?

I've done it. You can't legally work until you get the permit. And see what kind of restrictions they state in there once you receive it. No, it doesn't allow you to stay here. Your visitor record is the one that allows you to stay here for the validity stated on it. You are going to apply...
