To update for those who are in similar situation, I received sponsorship approval and medical request. So, the foreign income is considered while living in other country if it is declared in tax returns.

I received just the medical request today. Applied on 24-Oct and was able to link in Jan. I didn't receive sponsor approval yet and the status still shows "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" Does it mean sponsorship is approved.

In the invitation, deadline to submit is mentioned as 60 days from the email, it comes around 23-Nov. But they also mentioned, the application shall be received by 6-Dec. Which is the correct date.
