So now I received my PPR email on August 27 and I already sent them my passport. Today ECAS changed to Decision Made. maybe a paranoid question, but does that mean it's approved ::)

I just a received an email asking me to send my passport, 2 photos, and biographical info, the email title is "Ready for Visa Letter". is that the PPR? should I expect my passport returned with a PR visa and then landing will be the last step?

Guys, for people who are applying from within Canada, what's the process exactly? My application is in process, I assume that will change to decision made, but if I'm in Canada what will they do with the passport and what landing means in this case?

Just received an email asking me to pay the RPRF, I paid within 2 minutes :D They ask us to send the receipt to Ottawa, but in the email they say you can attach the pdf to an email and send it to CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca which I did. Do you think I should send a hard copy just in case?
