I have emailed CPPOTT many times and gotten replies within 24 hrs with real answers, have you tried asking them what is the problem?

I am with you there, from application to COPR in the mail it took 6 1/2 months for us...feels good when the CIC site says 13 months! CPP-O has been great with me, replied to all my emails with 24 hrs, and they seem to be very efficient.

Another question! When I was approved as a sponsor I got an "official" attached PDF letter from CPP OTT. For my wifes PR they just said she was approved in a reply to an email. Should we expect an "official" approval letter?
