I agree with keeping hopes alive. Just saw Gigi's post in Timeline topic. Looks like s/he got theirs in 4th month after doc request. Doc request was made on 7th dec but they sent docs on 23rd and got Nomination on 10th April.

Thanks for the info Gigi...and congrats. This gives a different insightfor people like me who were feeling low nearing a month since Doc request and still no update. It seems u got ur NC in 4th month after doc request.

i think your lawyer is same as mine. They did the same thing.

I also got doc request on 16 to submit till 26. No update since.

if you dont mind, could you please clarify what you mean when you say false interpretation? my rep also told me they got doc request for me which i sent last week.no update since.
