    no prob bro.... your LOA is applicable for 1 year if you do not get your visa before jan 14 you may go in May 14 or you have a chance to go for sept 14 without any difficulty... I am also going to Uregina for MEng ESE in jan 14 but i had applied visa for sept 13 and i have got my visa late this...
