hi, just to inform you a friend of my got FN email on 4/17/2014. His NOC is 3111, and his ielts band is 5.5. I suppose it's good news for you because it means anyone with complete application can get an Fn, so don't be anxious, just wait patiently, maybe next week many of you can get an Fn email.
