    They are so inconsistant it's ridiculous. My ecas updated on point. A buddy of mine landed 4 months ago and his still says "Application Recieved" It's hard not to be stressed the entire time because of how inconsistant they are.

    I only brought my passport and COPR that was stapled in it to get a SIN. Didn't have to fill out an application.

    Oops forgot to say I got my SIN number in less than 2 minutes.

    I went into Service Canada the day after I landed and got a SIN number. They print you one on a sheet of paper and it's free to use right away. Your SIN card then comes in the mail in 1-2 weeks.

    They wouldn't know if your brother has a mental disability to base their decision solely on that. They want more proof that he will return to Pakistan, just as they said in the letter.

    I stayed in Canada the entire time. I extended my stay once and they gave me 2 years. When I received COPR, me and my wife hopped in the car right away and drove across the border, did some shopping, then came back and landed.
