Yes. It's not difficult to pass the test since most of them are from the book. But I met one that's not from the book. However, it's easy to get the correct answer.

I don't travel much. In total it's about 40 days. The only time I used L visa was beginning of this year for about half a month.

It does not help. When you were trapped in this suituation, they would not listen to your explanaiton or proof. I had everything but they would not want to take a look.

I got the same situation here. Maybe we have the same lady interviewed. I had a L spouse visa which provided me work permit in US. The lady doubted my residency during this time and told me she needed investigation. I said I was in Canada and my baby was born during this time. I could also...

I am in the process of family class immigration application and I've been asked to supply my passport. But I just got it lost a couple of days ago. So when supplying the new passport, what additional materials are needed? Like some forms, or explanation letters? Thank u for the answer!
