Your employer will have to apply to HRSDC for an AEO and receive it for you. Job offer is just a supporting doc when you apply under FSW, but it's not and AEO itself.- acrossthestreet

may take 3..6 months, i talked to some guys in the same situation, it was about 1 year ago AEO is for FSW only haha funny advice ) you gotta pay 550 for you, 550 for spouse, 150 for each kid. when receiving visas you'lll pay 490 for you, +490 for spouse from this question it's quite clear...- acrossthestreet
