Hey Kmann! Do not worry.... the visa office is concerned only with the legal issues and burden/benefit on candian economy.... you are studying and paying for it.... If your college or any college accepts you with all your record shown to them.... why the hell the Visa office be bothered about...

If you have travelled to US and came back... then I dont think that applying along with your wife would have any impact on any of your applications.... It would rather be good on the count that you graduated from USA and going to canada for work....

If you are from Pakistan the visas on loan letters are less likely to be approved.... you should have an account for at least six months and the sufficient funds should be available on the last day of the statement.... it is not necessary to keep funds in your account for the the whole six...

If you have got off campus work permit.. you can work 20 hours per week... no matter where you work and for how many hours at any one place.... your hours should not increase 20 mark...

I m from Pakistan too.... right now in canada on study permit...,.. Nothing needs to be translated except for the degrees that are in urdu or arabic.... NIC,Birth Certificate etc.. is not to be translated.....

Your college will provide the letter which will be the supporting document to get the permit
