Our visa office was NDVO We sent my parents passports to Ottawa CPC on Feb 8- reached on Feb 9. Visas were stamped on Feb 15 and we received the passports back on Feb 20.

Hi all, We received passport requests for my parents this morning. Visa Office: New Delhi 5k batch :D Since my parents are here in Canada and I had changed the mailing address to Canada- we can submit passports to Ottawa CPC! Will update the spreadsheet shortly!

Thanks for the advice, I believe there are accredited agencies/companies that can do fingerprinting. If it does not work out with the regional police office tomorrow, will try that. I am surprised that nobody on this forum has already gone through this process, as people have already received...

Thank you, I am going to the regional police office for criminal record checks for my parents. I will ask them if they can provide us with fingerprints. I am little doubtful though, as they do fingerprinting digitally.
