let's hope and pray that your application package is now at NS-CIO before the LOA expires, otherwise :( :( :(.... although you can still ask for an extension to the province who nominated you...

there's no definite time when you'll receive AOR from NS-CIO, in my case more than 2 mos, yung iba within a month meron na, as long as you have sent the correct application package and of course, the correct processing fee :D, you should not worry, waiting and a lot of patience is the key...

additional dependent on the CIC form IMM0008. be sure to indicate your file no. when you submit these documents to canadian embassy manila(CEM). anyway they will notify you if there are still lacking documents required for further processing of your application. Good luck...

any additional information/documents should be submitted to the embassy in-charge of processing your application as stated in the CIO AOR. Provide CEM the necessary documents, an updated CIC form and the original birth certificate of your newly born child.
