i have done my degree in business management. Under foreign degrees, it said no under foreign degree and yes for quebec degrees. Below the table it shows quebec degree or equivalent....what does it mean by quebec degree or equivalnet? Thanks for answering my 1st question francaise. :-)

i was about to send my application to Nova Scotia. However my IELTS result is not that good to qualify. listening 7.0 reading 7.5 writing 7.0 speaking 8.0 need to retake before i can send my application .
