Can any member advise about the polio vaccination. how many days does the applicant has to get it before their arrival to Canada? And also is that the only vaccination mandatory?

I know polio vaccination is mandatory to come to canada now. What is the procedure to get the vaccination? Does London visa office requests it or Islamabad visa office? Also ppr request stage 2, does it come in the email - or regular mail?

a quick questions from members. When sending requested documents to London Visa office, Is the applicant suppose to write file number and FC-Islamabad outside the the courier package?
