Hi everyone, I am wondering that in my last GMSC, I found that on the due date (Oct 31) FA01772 has taken away the 5 adaptability points which was given by CIO. Can that be considered as a pre-assessment step? However, no comments has been added. Any thoughts guys?

Hi Feb2004, I am having the same issue. A few days ago I was able to see the status as "we received your app ...." Now I can not log in. I called them and the agent said that they are having some problems on the system!
