Hi axe You have to submit your passport in canada and your dependents need to take passport request letter along with their passports and submit to your home country's vfs centre. Congratulations for your PR.

They usually update application status after a month and if they required additional documents they will send email. I got medical request about 3 months after submission.passed my medical 2 days ago.

Hi eric26 You have to apply for PR within 90 days of your work permit application. Means suppose if you apply for Work permit today then you must apply PR within 90 days.

Immigration officers was very polite and I am really impressed by their behaviour and way of talking. Employers are also very good in nature their was no stressful environment wven though their were job interviews.Alot of people came from Nigeria , few from india and only me from pakistan.
