    I just got the answer from CIC and we have to go out and in at any ground frontier.... ask to the immigration officer that we want to get the COPR approve... or you can do it without going out, but you have to schedule a meeting with an officer... It can take at least two months before it can be...

    My case was in process april 2013... but i had to send again a medical since it had been done for more then 12 months... and after that I had to send a police certificate from Canada because my wife was with me in Canada on a TRV for more then six months... I just received a passport request...

    So far I used Fedex three times from Canada to send police certificate from Thailand and Canada and a medical redone.... It worked really good for me... It took not more then three to four days to get over there when I checked with the tracking number... It is more expensive... but you can be...

    Tomorrow we will be sending the passport to Singapore with Fedex... It takes about three days to get there... I was just wondering if it is better to use the Registered Mail they offer by SVO or acCourier paid by us like Fedex....

    We did not yet.... ::) we did send all the informations requested from SVO... medical redone (july), police certificate redone (july) and the certificate from the RCMP in Canada (september) In the GCMS report.... the due date was the 2013-11-05. We still in process with the medical received...

    Yes they did because the medical and the police certificate were overdue for more the 12 months... the same for the police certificate in Canada because my wife was on a TRV for more then 6 months...
