Does my SIN not change though once PR is confirmed? If I extend my SIN using BOWP, my SIN would remain the same, correct? Should I be using my CoPR for a new SIN?

You will be fine. I too enclosed a Regional envelope since I was mailing from Toronto and got my passport back in the same envelope no problem.

Your still well within 60 days from 04-Dec-2013 which is the date you said CIC sent you the request. So you should be fine as long as you act right away. I also submitted my passport almost 45 days after the request date, and got CoPR no issues.

pay stub is a requirement as it is so that wont help if your employment letter is incomplete. you will get rejected if u do not get act quickly. they wont request for new information, you will get a straight rejection. i suggest you get on it asap

i received ppr last week. will be submitting my passport only end december since i need to travel to us from dec 14 to dec 21. although my status online already says decision made. does anyone know if this means my pr application is done and stamping of visa is formality?

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately cancelling my trip is not an option. So I will look to send my passport immediately upon my return which should be well within the 60 day time-frame.
