Hello, From the first glance, Skilled worker category looks really similar to International Graduate with the exception of experience. What exactly is this experience? For example, If I have one year related experience, can I apply under this category?

I graduated May 2011. I finished all my classes in Dec2010. Which of two dates should I follow. IF i follow the second one,that only gives me less than 2 month time.
